Admission Confirmation

Admission to the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) is confirmed upon payment of the prescribed Admission Fee and subject to fulfilment of the applicable eligibility criteria, submission of required documents, and successful verification thereof.

Fee Structure

The fee structure may comprise the following components:

  • Academic (Composite) Fee
  • Admission Fee (adjustable against applicable fees)
  • Processing Fee (non-refundable)
  • Security Deposit (refundable, subject to applicable conditions)

Certain components, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, uniforms, study materials, international certifications, industry immersion experiences, and other ancillary services, may be charged separately where applicable. Fee structures vary by programme. Applicants are advised to refer to the respective programme brochure for detailed fee information.

Refund Policy

Refunds shall be governed in accordance with the applicable University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines.

Important Notes

  • Refunds apply only to the Academic (Composite) Fee.
  • The Processing Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • The Security Deposit shall be refunded subject to clearance of all institutional dues and obligations.
  • Charges relating to accommodation, meals, uniforms, international certifications, third-party services, or any other ancillary services shall be governed by separate terms and conditions and may not be eligible for refund.

Withdrawal Process

Students seeking withdrawal from a programme must submit a written request by email to admissions@ish.edu.in.

  • The effective date of withdrawal shall be the date on which the withdrawal request is received by ISH.
  • Eligible refunds, where applicable, shall ordinarily be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval of the withdrawal request.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

Any scholarship, financial aid, sponsorship, grant, or fee concession awarded by ISH or a sponsoring organisation shall remain subject to the applicable terms and conditions, including requirements relating to academic performance, attendance, conduct, and programme participation.

In the event of withdrawal, discontinuation, or termination of enrolment, ISH reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to any financial aid, scholarship, sponsorship, grant, or fee concession awarded.

Document Policy

In accordance with applicable UGC regulations, ISH does not retain original academic, personal, or supporting documents submitted by applicants or students.
